Bought some Willow Rock during the pandemic and their supplier stopped sending it. Been waiting for over a year and asking periodically. They texted me last week and have been working hard to get some and contacted me. Appreciated the efforts. High end stuff in their showroom if you haven’t seen been. Always been beyond happy with their quality!

My husband tried Integrity Backyard Builds for the first time a couple of weeks ago. They were very helpful and friendly. That afternoon the gentleman called back to give us more information to us. This never has happened with other companies. Usually, you walk out and you're forgotten about! So we decided to go back today! I took my water in and Diana was beyond helpful! Spent time talking to me and telling me things I need to do to fix my pool water. Also told me things I’ve been doing that were hurting my pool! No one ever told me that it was wrong! So she was so helpful! Great service. I will be going back!!

Eric and the team did a great job with the path design and installation for the front of our home. They also addressed any unexpected issues or concerns quickly and professionally. We have continued to use Integrity for a variety of smaller projects as well, such as tree replacement, large/high hedge trimming, and the repair of existing paths. They have always been very helpful and prompt in the completion of any work.
